When I first came to faith in Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior I was taught a pre-tribulation rapture and so that is what I believed for many years. Then I studied the Bible to see what God said and now I am a firm believer in the post tribulation rapture. The strongest argument for a post-tribulation rapture is to consider the heart of God:
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. (John 3:16)
The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. (2 Peter 3:9)
Therefore said he unto them, The harvest truly is great, but the labourers are few: pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he would send forth labourers into his harvest. (Luke 10:2)
9 After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands; … 14 And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. (Revelation 7:9,14)
If Jesus told His disciples to ask the Lord of the harvest to send workers into the harvest field…then why would God pull all of His workers out of the harvest field just before the greatest harvest of all time?
The greatest harvest of all time is coming during the great tribulation…is the church ready? Are you ready?
Part of the reason I mention this is because there are posts on this site by those who believe in the pre-tribulation rapture. While I sincerely appreciate the time and effort these researchers have given to expose the agendas of those who are forming Antichrist’s kingdom, I do not agree with that particular view.
